5.2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred as a result of actions taken by travelers that are in violation of local laws or regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Our agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
6.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.

7.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
